S2S Global welcomes new General Manager, James Ludwig.
James has joined S2S Global, effective immediately, on a full-time basis as General Manager, Direct Sourcing. James will have overall responsibility for the strategies and operations of S2S Global. James will continue the work to develop and implement S2S’s long-term strategic plans, establish and execute goals and objectives, develop and maintain key relationships, and lead the Direct Sourcing organization with effective organizational structures and reporting relationships.
James has nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare with multiple roles of increasing scope and responsibility. James joined Premier in January 2020 as Vice President, Supply Chain to focus on strategic initiatives and quickly pivoted to playing a key role in our pandemic response, before moving into his most recent role as Vice President, Partnerships where he has worked with business units across Premier to identify, evaluate, and structure partnerships aimed at driving growth. Prior to joining Premier, James was responsible for the ground-up design/build of a clinically integrated Supply Chain Shared Services Division at a start-up health system, LCMC Health, in New Orleans, LA. Prior to joining LCMC Health, James spent time in management consulting, at both The Advisory Board Company and Alvarez & Marsal, where he advised clients on strategy, cost reduction, and overall performance improvement.
